These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Delta Tax Group website and any website, landing page, or online service operated by Delta Tax Group that links to these Terms.

“Delta Tax Group,” “Delta,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Delta Tax Group and the business operating under that name, as applicable.

By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Website Information

Information provided on this website is for general informational and educational purposes and should not be considered individualized tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice.

Using this website, submitting a form, requesting information, or participating in an initial consultation does not by itself establish a professional-client relationship with Delta Tax Group.

A professional engagement begins only after Delta Tax Group accepts the engagement and the parties enter into an applicable written service agreement.

2. Delta Tax Group Is a Private Company

Delta Tax Group is a private tax services company and is not the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”), U.S. Department of the Treasury, or any federal, state, or local government agency.

References to the IRS, state taxing authorities, government programs, forms, notices, or procedures do not imply government affiliation, approval, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Consumers may contact the IRS or applicable state taxing authority directly and may obtain government forms and information directly from those agencies without hiring Delta Tax Group.

3. Tax Resolution Services

Depending upon the circumstances and the services agreed upon, Delta Tax Group may provide or coordinate services relating to matters such as:

  • Federal or state tax debt;
  • Tax liens;
  • Tax levies;
  • Wage garnishments;
  • Unfiled tax returns;
  • Installment agreements;
  • Offers in Compromise;
  • Penalty matters;
  • Collection alternatives;
  • Business tax matters;
  • Payroll tax matters; and
  • Other tax compliance or resolution matters.

Availability and suitability of any service or resolution option depend upon the taxpayer’s individual circumstances.

The specific services provided to a client are governed by the applicable written client service agreement.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Every taxpayer’s circumstances are different.

Delta Tax Group does not guarantee any particular tax outcome.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Tax debt will be reduced, settled, forgiven, or eliminated;
  • A taxpayer will qualify for an Offer in Compromise;
  • Penalties or interest will be reduced or eliminated;
  • A lien, levy, garnishment, or other collection action will be released or prevented;
  • A particular installment agreement will be approved;
  • A taxpayer will qualify for currently-not-collectible status;
  • Any particular tax-resolution strategy will be available;
  • A taxing authority will accept a particular proposal; or
  • A matter will be resolved within a particular period.

Eligibility and results depend upon individual circumstances, applicable laws and procedures, financial condition, filing and payment compliance, supporting documentation, collection status, and determinations made by the applicable taxing authority.

5. Tax Resolution Programs

References to tax-resolution programs or strategies such as:

  • Offer in Compromise;
  • Installment Agreements;
  • Currently Not Collectible status;
  • Penalty Abatement;
  • Levy or Garnishment Release;
  • Lien-related remedies; or
  • Other federal or state tax-resolution alternatives

are descriptions of potential options.

They do not mean that every taxpayer qualifies.

A taxpayer’s circumstances must be evaluated before determining which options may be available or appropriate.

6. Testimonials, Reviews and Client Results

Delta Tax Group may display testimonials, reviews, case examples, settlement examples, client experiences, or descriptions of prior outcomes.

These materials relate to the circumstances of the individuals involved.

Past results do not guarantee or predict future results. Individual results vary.

A prior taxpayer resolving a particular liability for a particular amount does not mean another taxpayer will qualify for or receive the same result.

Where required by applicable law, material relationships or incentives associated with testimonials or endorsements will be disclosed.

7. Professional Representation

Where representation before the IRS or another taxing authority requires an authorized professional, representation will be performed by an individual legally authorized to provide such representation.

Not every employee, consultant, salesperson, customer-service representative, or other person associated with Delta Tax Group is necessarily an attorney, CPA, enrolled agent, or other licensed tax professional.

8. Client Service Agreement

Professional services are governed by a separate written client service agreement.

That agreement may address matters including:

  • Scope of services;
  • Professional representation;
  • Fees;
  • Payment arrangements;
  • Client responsibilities;
  • Cancellation or termination;
  • Refund provisions;
  • Dispute procedures; and
  • Other terms governing the professional engagement.

If these website Terms conflict with an executed client service agreement regarding professional services, the applicable client service agreement will govern that professional engagement to the extent of the conflict.

9. Free Consultations and Initial Reviews

If Delta Tax Group offers a free consultation, tax case review, eligibility review, or similar initial evaluation, the consultation does not guarantee:

  • Acceptance as a client;
  • Qualification for a particular tax program;
  • Reduction of tax liability; or
  • Any particular result.

Information provided during an initial consultation may be preliminary and may require verification before professional recommendations can be made.

10. Accuracy of Website Information

Tax laws, regulations, administrative guidance, government programs, and collection procedures can change.

Although Delta Tax Group attempts to provide useful and accurate information, we do not guarantee that every item appearing on the website is complete, current, or error-free.

You should not ignore or delay responding to an IRS or state tax notice, filing deadline, levy notice, garnishment, court document, or other official communication because of information appearing on this website.

11. Telephone, Email and Text (SMS) Communications

Where you provide appropriate consent, Delta Tax Group may communicate with you by telephone, email, or text regarding your inquiry, requested information, appointments, services, account, or other permitted matters.

SMS program description

Delta Tax Group operates a text-message (SMS) program for people who request a consultation or become clients. When you opt in — for example by checking the consent box on our consultation form — you agree to receive text messages from Delta Tax Group at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include:

  • Replies to your consultation request and follow-up on your inquiry
  • Appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders
  • Requests for information or documents needed for your case
  • Updates on the status of your tax matter
  • Where you have separately agreed, occasional informational or promotional messages about our services

Consent to receive marketing calls or text messages is not a condition of purchasing any services.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and the status of your matter. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Text STOP to any message from us, and you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT.

Help and support

For help, text HELP to any message from us, call us at (747) 666-1561, or email info@deltataxgroup.com.

Carrier liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to the Delta Tax Group SMS program. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

Privacy

Information collected through the SMS program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

12. Call Recording

Telephone calls with Delta Tax Group may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, documentation, security, customer service, and compliance purposes, subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.

13. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

Tax-return information may be subject to additional federal protections, including Internal Revenue Code Section 7216 and related regulations where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms authorizes a use or disclosure of tax-return information where separate taxpayer consent is legally required.

14. User-Submitted Information

When you submit information through our website, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, complete bank-account information, tax returns, tax transcripts, or similarly sensitive documents through ordinary website contact forms unless Delta Tax Group specifically provides a secure method for doing so.

15. Acceptable Use

  • Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original content appearing on this website, including text, graphics, logos, design elements, photographs, videos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Delta Tax Group and may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may access the website for lawful personal use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected Delta Tax Group materials except as permitted by law or with our authorization.

17. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to government websites or other third-party websites and services.

Delta Tax Group does not control independently operated third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices.

A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement.

18. Website Availability

We may modify, update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this website and its general informational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Delta Tax Group disclaims implied warranties concerning the website to the extent such warranties may legally be disclaimed.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Delta Tax Group and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from use of or inability to use this website.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

21. Governing Law

Nothing in these Terms eliminates mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

22. Disputes

Disputes concerning professional services may be governed by the dispute provisions contained in the applicable client service agreement.

Who represents you. Delta Tax Group is a tax-resolution company, not a law firm. Nothing on this site creates an attorney-client relationship or attorney-client privilege. Representation before the IRS is provided by our tax professionals under a signed engagement letter and a Form 2848 authorization, and that professional is responsible for the work performed on your matter.

Advertising disclaimer. This website is advertising for tax-resolution services. It is general information, not tax, legal or financial advice, and it does not create a professional-client or attorney-client relationship. Do not act or refrain from acting based on this website without seeking advice about your specific situation from a qualified professional.

About outcomes. Eligibility for any resolution program is determined by the applicable taxing authority based on your individual facts, and program rules change. We do not guarantee any particular result, a reduction of any balance, or the release of any collection action. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

Delta Tax Group is not the Internal Revenue Service, is not a government agency, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any federal or state government program.
